Contributions
You can help enhance services at Anthony L. Jordan Health Center (AJHC), a federally qualified community health center that provides sliding fee scale discounts for primary care services to medically underserved and uninsured patients. Your support, given through the Jordan Foundation, helps the Center keep patients first and ensures a strong and vibrant community. Donate now.
Care our patients can use today
Your contributions go right to work providing basic care for families and individuals. A tax-deductible contribution of just $35 provides a basic oral examination that helps a patient smile with increased self-esteem. You can give $50 and underwrite a dental cleaning (adult or child); or a sports or college physical; or a routine eye exam; or a sick child visit. At the $75 level, you can make pain-free eating a reality for the patient who needs a tooth filled; or a foot exam to help a diabetic patient keep walking; or even join in the fight to prevent cancer by funding a women’s health annual GYN exam which aids in the early detection of this life threatening disease.
A slightly larger gift will provide a much needed mental health evaluation ($100); a complete physical for a child or adult ($150); put a
Jordan Care Card into the hands of an adult, child or expectant mother for a complete primary care visit including basic blood work and prescription discount ($200); or offer a full series of prenatal visits for one birth ($600)! The care is theirs; the choice is yours.
