The Jordan Foundation
Anthony L. Jordan Foundation was founded in August, 1991, to assist in the support of programs and services at Anthony L. Jordan Health Center.
The Foundation hosts an annual luncheon for friends and supporters, and also relies on the generosity of individuals, foundations and corporations to maintain and improve Anthony L. Jordan Health Center's facilities and garner widespread support so that the Center can continue to meet the expanding needs of its service community. You can help make a difference in the lives of our patients today with a direct gift or a bequest.

To empower Anthony L. Jordan Health Center to be nationally recognized for providing superior healthcare for its community.
Our Mission
To develop a charitable fund through donor cultivation, special events, grant writing, and charitable giving which facilitates the development of innovative community health programs, facilities, equipment and related health services at Anthony L. Jordan Health Center.

2011 Annual Luncheon
More than 375 people from all walks of life connected to Anthony L. Jordan Health Center gathered at the Riverside Convention Center on October 20 to show their support for the Health Center. During this celebratory lunch debuting our first ever Patient Perspective segment, seven awards were presented to Community Champions for their commitment to preserve health care for our community.
