Anthony L. Jordan Health Center (AJHC) employs compassionate, board-certified physicians to meet the healthcare needs of you and your family. Since illness does not take off on weekends or holidays, our physicians are on call during these times to ensure the continuum of care you deserve.

Jordan is proud to have a specialist in adolescent medicine as the director of our Adolescent Medicine Clinic (or “Teen Center” as it has come to be known by staff and participants). The Teen Center has been identified by residents in northeast Rochester as one of their most highly valued healthcare services.

Jordan Family Medicine providers are available to treat every family member. Again, our doctors care for patients in a wholistic manner when evaluating their care. They consider patients personal living environment as well as their social, cultural and community context and family ties. With an aging population, we also found it valuable to offer an on-site Geriatric Assessment Clinic in partnership with the University of Rochester Medical Center and Monroe Community Hospital.
