The mission of the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Supplemental Nutrition Program is to improve the health status of pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women as well as infants and children, through the provision of nutritious foods, nutrition/health education, and linkages with health and human services.
AJHC hosts the oldest and most comprehensive WIC program in Monroe County at their Health Link office located at 273 Upper Falls Boulevard, in Tops Plaza. Less than one mile from AJHC, the Jordan Health Link offers WIC services as well as basic medical and dental services. Medical and Dental services were added to the Health Link in 2008 in response to women’s desire to have medical and dental access for them and their children in one convenient location. Call (585) 454-2630 to learn more about WIC and schedule your same day medical or dental visit. Visit NYS WIC's website for more information; get the forms you need.
