The Anthony L. Jordan Foundation was founded in August, 1991, to assist in the support of programs and services at the Anthony L. Jordan Health Center.

The ALJHC relies on the generosity of individuals, foundations, and corporations to meet the expanding needs of its service community, to maintain and improve the health center facility, and to purchase new medical equipment.
