Jordan at CCIA opened on Monday, April 8. Our newest access point, located at 120 N. Main Street in downtown Canandaigua, offers primary healthcare for infants, teens adults and seniors. Do you have family or friends in Canandaigua or Farmington seeking affordable healthcare? Let them know about the medical suite which can be reached at 585.396.0222 to schedule an appointment. Hours are: Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 8AM–5PM; Tuesday and Thursday: 9AM–6PM. Please note: The office closes for lunch each day between Noon and 1PM.
