Anthony L. Jordan Health Center (AJHC) has served three generations of patients and families.

Steadfast in our commitment to primary care and prevention, Jordan offers comprehensive primary care services on site, as well as a lab and pharmacy.

To reduce barriers in accessing these important healthcare services, Jordan continues to “meet patients where they are” and implemented programs such as our School #6 partnership, medical and dental services at the Jordan Health Link/WIC, and our innovative telemedicine program.
