Jordan Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Natasha Jackson, MSN, RN, as its new Chief Executive Officer beginning in November 2026. A Rochester native with more than 20 years of healthcare experience, Jackson brings a background in nursing, executive leadership and organizational improvement, along with an established connection to Jordan Health.
Jackson served on the Jordan Health Center Board from 2024 to 2026 and later worked with the organization as a healthcare executive consultant. In that role, she partnered with the interim CEO and leadership team on operational improvement, workforce planning and organizational priorities. Her experience has given her firsthand knowledge of Jordan Health’s mission, staff and the communities it serves.
Throughout her career, Jackson has led healthcare organizations through growth and change, with a focus on supporting employees, strengthening operations and improving the quality of care. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from SUNY Empire State University and has also served in faculty roles preparing future healthcare professionals.
As CEO, Jackson will focus on strengthening Jordan Health’s organizational foundation while advancing access to care, quality, workforce stability, operational excellence, financial sustainability and community partnerships.
“On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am delighted to welcome Natasha Jackson as Jordan Health’s next Chief Executive Officer and President. After a thorough search, the Board found in Natasha a depth of clinical and executive experience matched by a lifelong connection to Rochester,” said LaShana Boose, Board Chair. “She already knows our organization, our staff, and the patients we serve, and she has a clear vision for strengthening Jordan Health for the years ahead. We are confident she is the right leader for this moment.”
Jordan Health looks forward to this next chapter and to Jackson’s leadership in its continued service to patients and families in Rochester and Canandaigua.
