We Are Jordan

Executive Leadership

Jordan Health was born from the action and advocacy of dedicated citizens, in partnership with vital community-based organizations, that led to the establishment of the original center, named the Rochester Neighborhood Health Center, in 1968. Today, Jordan Health is a dedicated team of healthcare and human services professionals in a network of primary care offices and health centers. Jordan Health continues the legacy of serving diverse communities unbounded by race, ethnicity or geography. We are uniquely positioned to serve a population challenged by limited resources and complex health conditions often associated with being economically disadvantaged and medically underserved.

President & CEO

She also previously served as the Chief Medical Officer for Common Ground Health.  Dr. Linda Clark provided strategic counsel to Common Ground’s initiatives from a medical perspective.
